Florence Construction Corporation (FCC) a certified WBE/DBE was incorporated in August of 1998. Florence Construction Corp. began as a full service construction company specializing in excavation, utility installation, landscaping supplies, truck and equipment rental.

FCC was certified as a WBE/DBE shortly after incorporation. Florence Construction holds certifications with New York State Department of Transportation, NY&NJ Port Authority, Metropolitan Transportation Authority and New York City.

Florence Construction Corp understands the importance of prompt certified payroll, EBO and WBE/DBE utilization reporting. Based on our experience we are trying to make all your WBE/DBE reporting needs easier to comply with.

Florence Construction Corp. (FCC) was founded by Florence Chilton. Mrs. Chilton has over 28 years of experience in many facets of the construction industry. She is a valuable resource available to all in the construction industry. Mrs. Chilton has extensive experience in all aspects of civil contracting from biding to closeout.

She has been involved with the WBE/DBE program since 1999 and has helped numerous organizations with the WBE/DBE compliance from good faith effort to utilization.
